Made some delicious Chicken bacon Ranch Wraps today for lunch!
Ingredients (for 2 good sized wraps):
- (1) 4-6 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 slices of bacon (any kind is ok, but regular tastes best with the chicken)
- 2 tbsp. light ranch
- 2 wheat tortillas/wraps (we used Whole Wheat, Low Carb, High Fiber Wraps)
- A few pinches of any fresh, leafy green (spinach/romaine/arugula)
- 1 small avocado
How to make:
-Cook (bake, pan sear) a 4-6 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast
-Cook 2 slices of bacon (could use turkey bacon)
(Easiest way is to pan cook them both on low [3 out of 10] for about 15 minutes on each side, then they are done at about the same time!)
-Slice 1 small Avocado into long slices
-Put Avocado and ranch on tortilla first, then put greens, chicken and bacon. Roll up and eat!
