Checks can be expensive. They can be a hassle and a burden to have to buy, but at the same time they are pretty much a necessary evil. As a mother, my first thought would be to share this with my kids. My daughter is having financial struggles, and my son has a blended family with 10 kids (5 adopted, 3 stepchildren, and two are his with his wife).
